Jessica Jean-Charles
As Chief Executive Officer of Financiko Leadership & Development, Jessica Jean-Charles provides executive direction across the organization’s operations, training, quality, professional development, and client-service standards.
Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management from Northeastern University and built an extensive professional career within major healthcare organizations, including Tufts Health Plan and Cigna Healthcare.
Her leadership experience includes regulated operations, process improvement, audit readiness, quality assurance, vendor oversight, employee training, performance management, and the professional development of teams.
Jessica brings structure, accountability, and operational discipline to Financiko. Her focus is ensuring the organization continues developing the systems, standards, and leadership needed to serve clients and financial professionals responsibly.

Vladimyr Jean-Charles
As Chief Financial Officer of Financiko Leadership & Development, Vladimyr Jean-Charles brings an entrepreneurial, performance-focused perspective to the organization’s financial direction, growth strategy, and business development.
Vladimyr’s professional background began in automotive sales, where he spent ten years developing expertise in communication, negotiation, customer relationships, sales strategy, and performance management.
His results led him into management, where he gained direct experience leading teams, developing professionals, evaluating performance, and helping others strengthen their confidence and execution.
With experience building previous businesses and pursuing entrepreneurship, Vladimyr understands the importance of revenue, cash flow, strategic decision-making, accountability, and sustainable business growth.
At Financiko, he focuses on financial strategy, business development, organizational growth, sales leadership, and creating opportunities that support the company’s long-term vision.
